Boneless duck breast fan sliced with braised pears and apples over sweet and sour cabbage in an apple cider bacon pan sauce

 Classic German “sour roast” of beef served on browned
dumplings with a dollop of sour cream
Traditional Asa Roast Turkey
 Fresh slices of light and dark meat served
on a homemade stuffing with a pan gravy and cranberry sauce
Prime Rib
A slice of prime beef served with your choice of horseradish cream sauce or beef gravy
Stuffed Sole
Spinach and Shrimp stuffed sole with a lemon beurre blanc
Almond Raspberry Chicken
Almond encrusted chicken breast with a raspberry glaze
Jeffersonian Beef
Thin slices of prime rib topped with mushrooms, a sherry brown sauce and provolone cheese
